This single variety dry sparkling cider is crafted with Golden Russet apples from a single orchard in Clarksburg, ON.
Busy bubbles. Pale straw. Cinnamon, smoke, apple wood, flowery aromas, and banana chips dominate the scent. This cider presented’s in a clean, champagne fashion to accentuate Golden Russet. On the palate, it’s creamy, with a tannic, dry finish. The finish is lengthy and creamy, with moderate acidity. Pour into a flute for added enjoyment.
