This Chardonnay is produced from 3 different clones, picked over five other harvest dates. Each vineyard from which this fruit was sourced has contributed to the blend: richness from St. Davids Bench, acidity and minerality from Niagara Lakeshore and a floral note from the Four Mile Creek appellation.
With flavours of stone fruit, butterscotch, shortbread and crisp citrus, this wine has a soft and silky mouthfeel from start to finish.
