2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent example of a fantastic vintage. Expect blackberry, black cherry, vanilla & spice aromas & flavours with a balanced palate with fine tannins & excellent length. Residual Sugar: 5.3 g/L

2019 Riesling is concentrated & balanced, a luscious mouthfeel with refreshing acidity: floral, honey, white peach, lime aromas & flavours with a long finish. Residual Sugar: 33 g/L

2019 South Wind Rosé displays an array of red fruit & floral aromas that are complemented by ripe melon & zesty citrus notes. A lovely balanced palate with roundness & structure leads to a refreshing finish. Residual Sugar: 6 g/L
