The aromas and flavours of this wine are wild strawberries, orange peel, a hint of watermelon and saltwater taffy. A soft, refreshing Rosé that is lively, balanced and finishes with a delightful strawberry candy note.
This 2021 Ravine Rosé is produced from 100% organically grown Merlot fruit. The grapes had good integrity and developed at a gradual pace while developing some lovely red fruit flavours. This Merlot was hand harvested and gently pressed to yield a juice with fresh fruit tones. 95% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel, while the rest was fermented in two French oak barrels.
