The 2020 vintage was a dream because not only did the weather allow for ideal rates of ripening, but the fruit was pristine and cool nights prevailed to capture and preserve crispness and fresh aromatics. It was fermented in stainless steel and French Oak barrique (for three months), which created a dry, lush, berry-driven Rosé with as much complexity as it does simplicity.
A vibrant rosé jam-packed with notes of fresh strawberries, tangerine and watermelon citrus on the palate, field berries prance on your taste buds along with savoury whip cream, melon and a subtle hint of bell pepper. Initially round and soft on the palate, this wine is carried through with quenching acidity.
