The south facing slope of Kacaba’s Proprietor’s Block capture the full days sun and produce award quality fruit used to create this estate Syrah. White pepper, black fruit and cigar box prevail on the nose. The palate is rich with jammy strawberry and blackberry accented by spicy notes of licorice, clove, and leather.
