The south-facing slope of Kacaba’s Proprietor’s Block captures the whole day’s sun and produces award quality fruit used to create this estate syrah. Aromatics of white pepper, black fruit and cigar box prevail on the nose. The palate is rich with jammy notes of strawberry and blackberry accented by spicy licorice, clove, leather and smoke.
