This single-vineyard Cabernet Franc showcases the unique terroir of the Oppenlander Vineyard, situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Four Mile Creek sub-appellation. An elegant nose of cherry compote, toast, and a hint of elderflower. Smooth with fine tannins on the palate and a gentle, flavourful finish.
Winemaking Notes:
Fruit from the Oppenlaender vineyard was machine-picked and optically sorted before being whole fermented berry for 28 days, then pressed. Aged in used French & American oak for 18 months before being filtered and bottled.
