The white label Cabernet Franc is approachable and balanced with complexity and a true representation of the varietal. Raspberry, floral and toasty aromas and flavours with a medium-full palate and long finish. Versatile for food or to be enjoyed on its own.
Fruit sourced from select Niagara vineyards was handpicked and destemmed into stainless steel along with the addition of 25% whole cluster fruit. Approx. 20% of the volume bled off for rosé, and to concentrate the remaining must. A second portion was machine harvested and optically sorted and fermented whole berry. Both batches were fermented warmly in stainless steel on skins for 28 days before being pressed. Aged in used French oak before being filtered and bottled.
